WASHINGTON — Amid calls to inject fresh blood into his White House staff, President Bush announced Tuesday that his chief of staff, Andrew Card, has resigned and will be replaced by budget director Josh Bolten.
It seems odd that Bush is replacing people, in his administration, that don’t even appear to be on the publics hit list. You would ASSUME (therz that catch all word again) that a name like Rumsfeld, or Cheney would pop up. That is if he really had any hopes of reversing his poll numbers.
See, thats the difference between ‘ol DamSpot and the government. I’ve only had 54 years to learn common sense. They have had 230 years and still don’t have any.
